Biometrics​

Mobai’s biometric services focus on face-based identity verification with:

  • Face recognition for matching a live capture to a trusted reference
  • Passive liveness / PAD to detect presentation attacks
  • Deepfake detection
  • Injection attack detection

These components can be combined to support high-assurance identity workflows in banking, eID, and other regulated domains.

Component overview​

The Mobai platform consists of mobile SDKs, backend services, and (optionally) a physical identity proofing service.

Overview of Mobai technical components

At a high level:

  • The mobile SDKs handle user interaction and capture biometric samples with the front-facing camera.
  • The backend services perform verification, liveness, deepfake detection, and injection attack detection.
  • The physical identity proofing service can be used when you need an in-person identity check by trained staff.

Use the mobile SDKs when you want to capture biometric samples directly inside your mobile applications.
